Application-first sourcing
Not sure which plastic pallet or container to choose?
If you have not locked a model yet, send us the load, goods, racking, temperature, handling method, and quantity. We will help narrow the product family, structure, and key specifications before a practical quote.
- Start from application, then recommend a model direction
- Review load, racking, forklift, temperature, hygiene, and container loading together
- Make the later quotation based on the same technical assumptions
When to use this
For buyers still defining the right direction
If you already know the model and quantity, request a quote directly. If you are comparing structures, applications, and specifications, start here.
01
You are not sure which product family fits
Pallets, pallet boxes, crates, totes, and bulk containers solve different handling problems. Start from the goods flow.
02
The structures are hard to compare
Nestable, 3-runner, perimeter base, double-faced, blow-molded, closed-deck, and spill-control designs fit different loads and risks.
03
The operating conditions are specific
Racking, freezer rooms, food hygiene, chemical contact, automation, and export loading can all change the recommendation.
04
You need to replace old pallets or wooden pallets
Existing size, failure reason, return flow, and equipment details help us narrow the feasible model range.
What helps
Clarify the operating conditions first
You do not need a perfect RFQ at the first step. The closer the information is to real daily use, the more stable the recommendation and quote will be.
Goods and load
- Packaging type, unit load weight, and load size
- Uniform cartons, bags, drums, or concentrated point loads
- Static load, dynamic load, racking load, and stacking height
Handling and storage
- Forklift, pallet jack, conveyor, shuttle, or automated equipment
- Floor stacking, beam racking, drive-in racking, or returnable circulation
- Fork entry direction, beam span, and aisle impact risk
Environment and compliance
- Ambient storage, chilled room, freezer, or outdoor exposure
- Food, pharmaceutical, clean production, or chemical contact requirements
- Color, logo, labeling, traceability, and cleaning method
Buying and delivery
- Target quantity, destination port, or delivery location
- Sample timing, lead time, packaging, and container loading needs
- Repeat purchase, replacement project, or one-way export use
Product direction
Narrow the range by product family first
We first confirm whether the project needs pallets, pallet boxes, crates and totes, or facility products, then move into size, load, and structure.

Use the application to judge an initial direction
These are starting points, not final specifications. They help buyers remove obviously mismatched options before quoting.
If the site needs
One-way export or low empty-return cost
Start with
Nestable plastic pallets
Compare pallet weight, nesting ratio, container quantity, and one-way transport cost.
If the site needs
Beam racking, heavy loads, or long storage time
Start with
3-runner or steel-reinforced rackable pallets
Confirm beam span, support method, racking load, and deflection control.
If the site needs
Food, pharmaceutical, or frequent washing
Start with
Closed-deck or hygienic pallets
Review material, deck design, cleaning method, color zoning, and contamination control.
If the site needs
Freezer rooms, frozen food, or low-temperature impact
Start with
HDPE pallets or crates with low-temperature toughness
Confirm temperature range, impact frequency, stacking height, and hygiene needs.
If the site needs
Parts, large goods, or closed-loop return logistics
Start with
Foldable pallet boxes or large bulk containers
Compare volume, folded return ratio, forklift compatibility, and circulation cost.

Let us confirm the product direction first
If you do not have a model yet, describe the site conditions. Photos, old pallet size, goods weight, racking details, and destination port can all be added in the message.
- You do not need to know the model, but please describe the real application
- Photos or old specifications can be shared later by email or WhatsApp
- We usually reply with a selection direction and next quote inputs within one business day
